Your Kin Agents live on infrastructure you own — a secure box at your office, or your own cloud account (your VPC on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure). The box runs its own local AI (an on-device small language model), so routine work is thought through and completed without your data ever leaving. When a task genuinely needs a bigger brain, what happens depends on the data: non-sensitive work may borrow a stronger cloud model on its own, under your standing rules — anything sensitive always stops at the gate and asks you first. Either way, it's on the record.
